一種莜面壓制模具制造技術(shù)

本實用新型專利技術(shù)公開了一種莜面壓制模具，它由支撐模板和與其配套的內(nèi)模、外模構(gòu)成。支撐模板上均勻開有縱橫排列的進面孔，進面孔的下方都配套裝一副內(nèi)模、外模。外模套在內(nèi)模外，內(nèi)模呈凸臺狀，內(nèi)模的外螺紋與進面孔的內(nèi)螺紋相配合。內(nèi)模中心開軸向盲孔，下部開有凹槽，凹槽上穿有３－５只徑向孔，徑向孔與所述軸向盲孔相通。把和好的莜面由內(nèi)模的軸向盲孔壓入，再從徑向孔擠出進入外模與內(nèi)模之間的間隙，即形成空管狀的莜面窩窩。整個支撐模板上每一只進面孔都壓入和好的莜面就形成了整籠的莜面窩窩。本莜面壓制模具壓出的莜面窩窩均勻整齊、光潔度好。（*該技術(shù)在2016年保護過期，可自由使用*）
